The 7th and 8th of March it is held in Brasilia (Brazil) the IV Workshop on Local Economic Development, organised in the frame of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

The work of the FOMIN for the strategy promotion began officially two years and half ago. It is therefore a good moment to review the hypotheses that were formulated in the beginning and to verify the experience accumulated in order to adjust this first proposal of intervention.

This meeting of the projects FOMIN in Brazil  is the fourth meeting of a series develop during 2011 and in which we have trying deepen the exchange of experience between the ejecutores of the projects and the specialists of the FOMIN.

In this meeting it will be analysed the following subjects:

1. Territorial Government
2. Collective goods
3. Environmental resources
4. Strategic communication
