From January 17th to 19th, the V Meeting of the Chilean Network of Science, Technology and Society CTS-Chile will be held in Curicó (Chile). The event will take place at the Catholic University of Maule (UCM). Its objective is to generate a space for discussion, reflection and dissemination of works on the relationships between science, technology and society, with special emphasis on Chile and Latin America.
The thematic axes for the submission of abstracts and panels include:
Technological advances and socio-territorial impacts
Social appropriation of technology and daily life
Education, identity and innovation
Gender, diversity and technology
Legal-political challenges in technology and digital environments
Sustainability and S & T communication
The new rules of research and its role in the economy and society
