The National Program for Technology Monitoring and Competitive Intelligence (VINTEC) is promoted by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Argentina. It represents a benchmark state program of government support for technology monitoring and strategic intelligence for all types of organizations.
Currently, develops specialized products in technological information and industrial property.
