The Ibero-American Prospective Network (RIBER) will meet from the 22nd to the 25th of March in Monterrey (Mexico). It will bring together specialists and professionals from research and future studies from several countries of the Latin American region.

From a humanistic point of view, the Ibero-American Network of Foresight seeks to contribute strategically and effectively to the political, economic, social, cultural and environmental development of Latin America. The main objectives of the network are:

Promote the study of foresight in Latin America.
Create a community, concepts, methods and practices in foresight.
Organize an Ibero-American network to analyse and exchange information on the different Ibero-American countries and their prospective practices.
To contribute to the collective learning of the regional actors in the development of their foresight skills, providing references of the best practices existing in the region.
