On October 18 and 19 takes place at the University of Alicante (Spain) the #WikiHackatón 2018, promoted by the Polytechnic School. It is focused on the use and reuse of open data through information technologies to develop innovative solutions and implement services and web applications to exploit Wikidata.

On October 18 and 19 takes place at the University of Alicante (Spain) the #WikiHackatón 2018, promoted by the Polytechnic School. It is focused on the use and reuse of open data through information technologies to develop innovative solutions and implement services and web applications to exploit Wikidata.
The meeting is aimed at students of any university and degree or master’s degree. It will be developed through a participative dynamic by multidisciplinary teams, formed by a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members, with the aim of launching applications that will facilitate and improve the user experience.
