On November the 6th, takes place the Open Innovation Summit 2018 in Bogotá (Colombia). The event is about Intelligent Specialization and productive strategy of Bogotá - Region. It is oriented to become a connection space for supply and request in innovation and entrepreneurship in Colombia.
This edition will focus on emerging technologies: nanotechnology, big data and blockchain, among others. The program will allow to know experiences and success stories of national and international speakers such as: Joseph Unger, CEO of Pigeon Hole, the company dedicated to building science fiction worlds, Greg Horowitt, renowned architect of international innovation ecosystems and director of innovation at the University of San Diego in California, in addition, Israel Shamay, Isarelí innovation authority, who combines creativity and entrepreneurial spirit with experience in innovative leadership as an executive in high technology and government, among others.
