On November 16 and 17 takes place the IV Hack2Progress in Santander (Spain), a team work meeting where programmers, entrepreneurs and creatives will meet for 24 hours in search of innovative solutions related to big data and energy.

On November 16 and 17 takes place the IV Hack2Progress in Santander (Spain), a team work meeting where programmers, entrepreneurs and creatives will meet for 24 hours in search of innovative solutions related to big data and energy. It is organized by CIC Consulting, with the collaboration of the University of Cantabria and the Santander City Council, and will take place in the Student House – Tower A of the University of Cantabria.

Hack2Progress is a free hackathon, where participants have food, drink snacks, office supplies and previous training that will help them achieve their goals, so they should only worry about developing the idea; a jury, which will have the task of teaching, advising and valuing the participants; an organization that will make the protagonists feel comfortable; 24 hours to develop the idea and 3 cash prizes totaling € 4,800, two of the prizes are valued by a jury and one of the prizes is chosen among all the participants of this new edition.

Participating in Hack2Progress is enjoying a collaborative, non-competitive hackathon that offers many advantages: it promotes professional careers, brings experience, learns new technologies and promotes teamwork.
